Paulo Zanichelli Children’s Home for children in need has been opened near the town of Ghanzi on March 27, 2004 in the presence of the major sponsors of the association and of the highest offices of the Republic of Botswana, including the then President, His Excellency Festus Gontebanye Mogae, with the great joy of Cecilia Lachat, who finally saw her desire fulfilled. The solemn ceremony, which was also attended by Maria Grazia Cucinotta as official sponsor of the center, was followed by a rich banquet with dancing and traditional songs.
Mosaico Euroafricano has several great souls who have helped and continue to help with the great and fundamental commitment and dedication. These partnerships have developed over the years, starting from Italy and Switzerland, until of course in Botswana, and then overseas in the United States!
