We made a day care center for 85 children aged between 3 to 8 years, among which there are also HIV-positive children. Social workers are entrusted with the selection of the children, who can stay with us until they reach 14 years of age; others, at the right time, will be in foster care and / or adoption by families carefully selected by social workers. After that other institutions in Botswana bother to secure the connection fully in society and the continuation of studies in other locations.
The center for needy children “Paulo Zanichelli’s Children’s Home” was officially opened on March 27, 2004 in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Festus G. Mogae, President of Botswana: since then witness the growth of our little guests step by step has been a daily source of joy.
